Everyone tells you to use AI in your business. You have a vision for your company, and it's not "keeping up with AI trends".

We know those trends, we'll get to know your company, and you can focus on what matters while we make sure your business is truly powered by AI.

We use tools and workflows that we build, you own, and your team loves.

FAQ

  • What exactly do you mean by “process automation”?

We define what a process means in your organization and find ways to introduce AI solutions to automate parts or its entirety. In plain language, we take repetitive work out of human hands and make sure it's implemented in a way that works and you don't have to worry about.
  • How is this different from hiring an operations manager or a VA?

An operations manager or VA usually runs the existing machine. We redesign parts of the machine. A human ops person is great for judgement, exceptions, and coordination. But if they’re spending hours every week doing copy‑paste work between tools, your payroll is quietly funding a very expensive robot. We focus on building the underlying systems and automations that reduce the need for manual work, so your team’s time is spent on decisions, relationships, and strategy instead of admin.
  • Is relying on AI and automation risky? What if it makes mistakes?

Any system can make mistakes: humans, software, or AI. The difference is in how visible and controllable those mistakes are. We design workflows with safety in mind: human review for sensitive steps, clear logging so you can see what happened, alerts when something looks off, and hard limits on what automations are allowed to do without oversight. We’ll also be honest with you about where automation is not a good idea and where a human must stay in the loop.
  • Are we locked in if we work with you?

Not at all. The goal is to create systems that you own and understand, not to make you dependent on a single person. We document what we build, structure it in a way that another competent operator could maintain, and use widely adopted tools. Many clients choose to keep us on for ongoing optimization because it’s easier and more efficient, but you’re not trapped by design.
  • I'm not tech savvy, is this for me?

Yes! In fact, this service is specifically for people who either don’t want to get into the tech weeds or shouldn’t. You don’t need to know what n8n is, how APIs work, or which AI model is “best”. Your job is to know what needs to happen in the business. Our job is to translate that into smart, maintainable workflows and technology so you get the benefit without having to become a part-time engineer.
  • We don’t have our processes documented. Is that a problem?

It’s normal. Most companies run on “ask Sarah, she knows”. We start by unpacking how things actually happen today: who does what, in which tool, triggered by what. We then turn that into simple, clear process flows that your team agrees on. Only then do we automate. So the absence of documentation is not a blocker; it’s part of the work.
  • How do you measure ROI on this kind of work?

We look at a few things: hours saved per week, reduction in errors or rework, speed of key processes (like lead follow‑up or client onboarding), and the capacity unlocked on your team. Wherever possible, we tie those improvements to financial impact: reduced overtime, fewer hires needed to handle the same volume, faster revenue recognition, fewer lost opportunities. We’ll work with you upfront to decide which metrics matter most so we’re not just saying “it feels better” without proof.
  • What kinds of companies do you work best with?

We work best with remote‑friendly or remote‑first companies that already use digital tools to run their operations and have repeatable processes, even if those processes are only partially documented. If you’re growing, feeling the strain of coordination, or constantly saying “we should really automate this”, you’re probably a good fit. If everything you do is bespoke, one‑off work with no patterns at all, automation will have more limited impact.
